Every salesperson should recognize that every sale is first made to the salesperson themselves, and the extent to which the sales person convinces themselves in making the sale measures perfectly the degree of conviction that is induced in their own minds.
This allows them to show true confidence in the goods or services they are attempting to sell. It is through this principle that all Master Salespeople strive to be the best they can be by constantly seeking out information and books on improving their personal minds.
They saturate their own minds with the belief in the product or service offered for sale, as well as their own ability to sell. They use what is referred to as AUTOSUGGESTION for this is self suggestion. Through this principle one imparts to ones subconscious mind any, idea, plan, concept or belief….. If you think you can you can, if you think you cannot then you cannot!!
The subconscious mind is more powerful then the conscious mind.
Therefore the Master Salesperson knows that he/she must educate his/her subconscious mind to broadcast total belief in that which he/she has to offer for sale. Constant suggestion to the subconscious mind is the most effective way of educating it to broadcast only thoughts that will be of benefit to the outcome you desire. It is important to note that the subconscious mind responds only to impulses of thoughts that are mixed with emotion and feelings.
The subconscious mind is influenced by NEGATIVES as easily as it is influenced by POSITIVES, so be careful what you feed your mind. MASTER SALESPEOPLE never ever overlook this fact…. This is the reason they are MASTER SALESPEOPLE.
