Master Salespeople understand how to speak directly to their prospects mind, so that they can direct the Prospect to take ACTION…….
They have the necessary skill set that allows them to COMMUNICATE to their prospect; so that either he/she will settle any resistance in their minds, or answer for themselves WHY…… what it is the Master Salesperson is offering….. is the right decision to BUY TODAY!!!
Communication: can be broken down into percentages:
70% ……is BODY LANGUAGE……
20%…..are THE WORDS you choose…….
10%…..is TONALITY…..the highs, the lows, the excitement, IN YOUR VOICE
The Master Salesperson reads the BODY LANGUAGE of the prospect, and recognizes the WORDS they must use…. and the TONALITY required…. that enables them to, REDUCE RESISTANCE; or HEIGHTEN EXCITEMENT…in a prospects mind, allowing the prospect to shift gears…. towards the SALE TODAY.
Choose your words wisely… for it is those you choose……. that will ultimately sign your pay cheque.
