It’s funny when you think of the amount of time we spend ridding the waves of life, the Highs the Lows and the calmness of the tide.  We all know the ones at the top ridding the high’s.

However it is never how one handles the highs that truly measures ones strength and courage. It is measured by how one handles and deals with the lows, the struggles, adversities and disappointments along the path that produces greatness.

It is never what happens to you that matters, it is always how you handle what happens to you that matters.

We can choose to wallow in our struggles, disappointments and adversities, or we can muster up the courage to forge forward in life.

We see it every day of our lives those who are beaten, and lost and seem to be unable to find the strength, wisdom, or courage to overcome the obstacles in their way.

Seek guidance not sympathy when you are ridding a low, and find a mentor to help show you the way. Far too often people look for others to share their misery with, for it gives them a sense of……….. well it’s ok to be frustrated, mad or disappointed. Misery always loves company.

Surround yourself with people who are strong, people who exude confidence and excitement in their lives. This will naturally pull you out of your slump, and give you the energy to forge forward and conquer any obstacles in your way.

Everyone at one time or another will be on a low, look for these individuals and offer them whatever it takes to pull them out of the low they are in.  This will not only help them but will elevate you to a new level in your quest for success. You become successful by helping others to become successful.

No one can conquer the world by themselves; it takes a team effort to win most battles, and you can only be as strong as the weakest link in the chain.

Share your successes with others and help them to achieve their goals and you will always feel better.

`The best way to predict your future is to create it“
